Senior Business Development Manager (West Coast - AR, CA, CO, ID, MT, NV, NM, OR, UT, WA, WY)

We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Senior Business Development Manager with deep knowledge of early childhood and SaaS sales to support our sales expansion on the West coast of the US. The ideal candidate is a strategic, outcomes-focused leader with a proven track record of developing and executing successful growth strategies, cultivating high-level relationships, and consistently exceeding revenue targets.
 
This role reports to the VP of Business Development and plays a leadership role in expanding TORSH’s footprint across the early childhood education and early intervention landscape. The ideal candidate is a metrics-driven, self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, remote environment and is comfortable with cross-functional influence and independent execution.
